Privacy Policy

We respect visitor privacy and follow the policy below. Video / audio tools run entirely in the browser — files are not uploaded to any server.

1. Information collected

This site may collect the following information:

• Traffic data via Google Analytics 4 after opt-in on non-tool pages
• Information submitted via the contact form (Tally) — message body, and an email address if you choose to provide one

Hosting and asset providers, including Cloudflare and jsDelivr, receive your IP address and browser request information when serving requests. No video upload does not mean no external communication. Provider policies also govern their access logs.

2. Cookies

This site may use cookies for analytics and ad delivery. Cookies are small data files in your browser that may be used for identifiers, preferences and measurement.

You can disable cookies in your browser. You can keep using the site with cookies disabled, though some analytics or ad-related features may not function.

3. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to analyze traffic. Data is sent to and stored on Google's servers, and used to improve the site. Tool pages are excluded. On editorial pages it loads under Google Consent Mode v2 (see section 5). Our events omit filenames, commands, error messages and CPU/memory properties; explicit page URLs exclude query strings and fragments.

4. Advertising

To help cover hosting and operating costs, this site may use advertising services such as Google AdSense. Ad providers may use cookies to display ads tailored to your interests.

Ads may be inactive while AdSense approval is pending or while ad units are being set up. This policy applies regardless of whether ads are currently displayed.

5. Analytics and advertising consent

On the first visit, choose Allow analytics or Decline. The preference is saved in localStorage and can be changed or withdrawn using Analytics preferences in the footer. To remove previously stored cookies themselves, clear this site's data in your browser.

Before a choice is made, the default depends on your region. Visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland get no analytics cookies until they allow them; Google Consent Mode then sends only cookieless, identifier-free signals. Elsewhere analytics is enabled until you choose Decline. After refusal the Google Analytics library is not loaded, and withdrawal disables analytics and reloads the page. Advertising on editorial pages, asset delivery and contact-form requests are separate from analytics consent.

Selected media is processed in browser memory, not stored in localStorage or the service worker cache. Processing-program CDN assets may be cached for reuse. Clear selection and results in the metadata tool releases page references and its worker; it does not securely erase saved files, history or operating-system memory.

This notice does not collect consent for personalized advertising. Advertising consent signals default to denied and are handled separately by advertising consent management. Applicable requirements, including a Google-certified CMP where required, must be checked before ad serving.

6. Affiliate programs

This site may participate in affiliate programs such as Amazon Associates. Articles that contain affiliate links will indicate so. A referral fee may be paid when a product is purchased via these links; product selection is editorial.

7. Contact form

The contact form is provided by Tally (tally.so). Submissions are stored on Tally's servers — see Tally's Privacy Policy.

Submitted information is used to answer inquiries and inform editorial improvements. Data processed and stored by our form provider Tally is also subject to its policy.

8. Third-party disclosure

Information may be processed by the analytics, advertising and form providers described in this policy, or disclosed where required by law. It is not otherwise provided to third parties.

9. File handling for video / audio tools

Video and audio tools on this site process files via ffmpeg.wasm directly in your browser. Output files exist only on your device — the operator cannot access them.

10. Disclaimer

Information is provided "as is" without warranty of completeness or currency. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of information on this site.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. Significant changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and announced on the site.
